Special Interest Groups

The organization engages in several Special Interest Groups (SIGS) that focus on the interests of its members and promoting the industry in our state. They are:

Funding SIG: focused on organizing and working with VC, private equity, and angel funding organizations and intending to support IGSA members engaged in forming new ventures or expanding existing ones. Chair: Raymond Hutchins

Academic Initiative SIG: focused on organizing and working with Colorado academic institutions engaged in the training of industry professionals and intending to support the effort to solidify the academic foundation under the local industry. Chair: Louis Reichenbach

Government SIG: focused on organizing and working with state and local governments and other organizations and intending to promote the interests of the local industry. Chair: Scott Brown
